Man Arrested For Making Threats Against Brownsville Police Officers

(Brownsville, TX) — U.S. Marshals have arrested a Brownsville man after he allegedly threatened three police officers on social media. Twenty-three-year-old Steve Salgado Jimenez was arrested yesterday and charged with making a terroristic threat against peace officers. The threat was allegedly issued after police visited his home last week as part of an ongoing investigation. Officials issued a statement saying the department will not tolerate any threats against officers.
