A man has died after a Friday crash in Edinburg. The Texas Department of Public Safety says the crash happened around 2:30 a.m. on Brushline Road north of Monte Cristo Road.
Investigators believe a Chevy Tahoe was rear-ended by a Chevy pickup, causing the Tahoe to crash into a canal. The pickup rolled over, killing 34-year-old Jose Manuel Moralez Zacarias. The woman driving the Tahoe was hospitalized but is expected to recover.
