A McAllen man is going to prison after being convicted of sexually abusing two children. Fifty-two-year-old Julio Cesar Valdez was sentenced to 25 years earlier this month.
Investigators said Valdez abused the children over a period of two years. He was convicted of continuous sexual abuse of a child, aggravated sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child by contact.
