By A 71-year-old woman is facing charges after dozens of dogs were seized from her property in rural Mission. Blanca Ester Rodriguez was charged Tuesday with cruelty to non-livestock animals.
Investigators seized more than 40 dogs from a property in the 73-hundred block of Santa Monica Boulevard on Sunday. They also found six dead dogs on the property. A judge set Rodriguez’s bond at five thousand dollars.
