The Texas Supreme Court has agreed to hear a series of cases that take issue with the SpaceX launch site off Boca Chica Beach. It’s brought by both environmental and Native American groups. They claim Elon Musk’s private spaceflight company is destroying what they see as sacred land.
The lawsuit cites the Texas Open Beaches Act, which they say is being violated by both the state and SpaceX.
