A 17-year-old suspected arrsonist has been arrested in Fort Worth. The suspect, identified as Evan Banda, is accused of setting fire to at least five vehicles.
The incidents happened over the holidays starting Christmas Eve and continuing through New Year’s Day. Banda is being charged as an adult.
