Three Texas hospitals are receving money to use towards mobile stroke units. Dell Seton Medical Center at The University of Texas at Austin received 1.25 million dollars to establish a new mobile stroke unit.
University Medical Center of El Paso and Memorial Hermann Health System in Houston are also receiving large sums. Texas Governor Greg Abbott said “Texas will ensure Texans across our state can access swift and practical medical care.”
