President Donald Trump says he expects to visit Central Texas this week after widespread floods left at least 81 dead and dozens missing. Trump announced Sunday that his Texas trip will probably be on Friday.
Trump also announced he’s signed a major disaster declaration for Kerr County. In a post on Truth Social, Trump said the declaration will allow first responders to have access to federal resources they need as recovery efforts continue. Trump called the flood an unimaginable tragedy.
