By Texas game wardens are offering a thousand-dollar reward to find out who’s illegally shooting alligators at the Fort Worth Nature Center and Refuge on Lake Worth. Between May and July 2026, two alligators were shot and killed, while game wardens discovered a third one alive with a crossbow bolt stuck in its body.
