A San Antonio City Councilwoman is under arrest. Ivalis Meza Gonzalez is accused of driving drunk.
The arrest warrant says that she was behind the wheel of a car that was swerving on I-10 near Hildebrand. The officer who pulled her over says that Gonzalez had “watery, glossy eyes” and reeked of alcohol.
