Ten more Texas counties are now included in a federal disaster declaration following the floods earlier this month. Governor Greg Abbott made the announcement on Wednesday.

Under President Donald Trump’s Major Disaster Declaration, residents of Guadalupe, Kimble, McCulloch, and Menard Counties can apply for FEMA individual assistance programs.

Residents of Edwards, Lampasas, Real, Reeves, Schleicher, and Sutton Counties are eligible for FEMA’s public assistance program. More counties may be added at a later date.
