Texas Democrats are “all in” for this midterm in hopes of winning a state-wide race for the first time in three-decades.

Party Chairman Kendall Scudder says they are fielding a candidate for every state and federal office for the first time since 1974. They are planning to spend at least 30-million dollars on resources for candidates across the state, as soon as the primary is over.
