Officials are identifying the man who killed two people and wounded 14 others in a mass shooting at a bar in Austin early Sunday. Ndiaga Diagne was a native of Senegal and a naturalized citizen who lived in Pflugerville.
Diagne was wearing a hoodie that read “Property of Allah” when Austin police shot and killed him. The FBI is investigating whether the shooting attack was an act of terrorism.
