Governor Greg Abbott says the newly-formed Texas Stock Exchange is the “apex of capitalism” that’s helping drive American growth. And he encouraged businesses to move to what he called the “Boom Belt” during a meeting today in Miami. The governor was flaked by the head of the SEC, who said what Texas is doing is helping “Make IPOs Great Again.”
