A man has died after a weekend crash in Edinburg. Police were called to the 27-hundred block of East Mile 17-and-a-Half around 4:30 a.m. Saturday.
Investigators say the man lost control of a blue Chevy Camaro, went off the road and hit a concrete irrigation pipe. The vehicle caught fire after the crash. Police have not released the man’s name pending notification of his family.
