Investigators say a Donna man died last week when he fell from a scaffold at SpaceX. A Cameron County Justice of the Peace identified the man as 25-year-old Jose Bautista, who died early Friday morning at Valley Regional Medical Center in Brownsville.
Bautista reportedly fell about eight feet and suffered blunt force trauma that led to his death. OSHA has initiated an investigation into Bautista’s death.
