A 40-year-old man is facing charges after a hit-and-run crash injured six people in Alamo. Jose Fidencio Luna Ramirez appeared in court Saturday and was given a 300 thousand dollar bond.

Investigators say Ramirez was driving a tractor-trailer in the westbound lanes of Expressway 83 when he crashed into a Dodge Durango on Friday. A child in the Durango suffered severe head trauma, while two adults and three other children were also injured.

Ramirez has been charged with two counts of collision involving serious bodily injury and four counts of collision involving injury.
