Former Donna ISD Employee Becomes Head Of TSTA

A former employee of the Donna school district is now the president of the Texas State Teachers Association. Linda Estrada took charge of the organization yesterday.

Estrada was born in Weslaco and grew up in Donna. She spent more than 30 years with the Donna school district and served as president of the local chapter of the TSTA for 10 years. She was elected to her new position in April.
