By The president of the University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley will be honored later this month at a gala in McAllen. The International Museum of Art and Science will honor Dr. Guy Bailey at the 47th annual Collage Gala.
Funds raised by the event will go toward the group’s mission to advance art and science education in the Rio Grande Valley. The gala will be held August 28th at the McAllen Convention Center Exhibit Hall.
