Authorities have identified a man found dead in a San Juan canal earlier this week. Fifty-nine-year-old Alejandro Quintero was pulled from the canal in the 600 block of East Eldora Road on Tuesday evening.
Investigators say Quintero was walking along the canal when he bent over and reached toward the water. They believe he fell in accidentally while trying to help a dog out of the canal.
