By The newly-passed Texas Women’s Privacy Act is getting its first test. The parent of a child that goes to Austin High School has filed a complaint with the state Attorney General’s Office, saying a boy is being allowed to use the girl’s restroom. She’s backed by the group Texas Values, which says the law is clear. Public school students must use the restrooms according to their biological sex.
