The Bexar [[ bear ]] County Medical Examiner’s Office says an inmate who died in jail on Tuesday killed himself. Lorenzo Aleman was accused of the shooting deaths of his ex-girlfriend and her new boyfriend in the parking lot of an HEB store.
The victims have been identified as Beatriz Guzman and Jeronimo Ramirez, who was Aleman’s nephew. Aleman was pronounced dead around 5:45 p.m. Tuesday in his jail cell. The medical examiner ruled his death a suicide. Aleman is the eighth inmate to die in the Bexar County jail this year.
