Congressman Gonzalez Announces Re-Election Bid

A South Texas congressman is running for re-election. Thirty-fourth District Congressman Vicente Gonzalez announced his campaign for a sixth term yesterday. Gonzalez represented the 15th District from 2017 to 2022, then switched to the 34th District after congressional maps changed following the 2020 Census. Gonzalez says he wants to keep working to create economic and educational opportunities for the people of South Texas.
