(Donna, TX) — A Donna family is suing U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement over a raid at their home. The lawsuit claims that agents entered the family’s property without a warrant on January 9th. The agents took two noncitizens into custody after allegedly attacking at least two members of the family. The lawsuit claims the ICE agents entered the property without consent, violating their rights under the Fourth and Fifth amendments. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for May 7th.
