The Food Bank of the Rio Grande Valley is holding a food donation drive to help families impacted by recent flooding. The food bank is looking for canned proteins like tuna and chicken, ready-to-eat meals like soups and stews, and other types of non-perishable food. P

eanut butter, bottled water and electrolyte drinks are also welcome. Donations need to be dropped off at the organization’s building on North Cage Boulevard in Pharr before the end of the day.

The food and drinks collected will be delivered to the South Texas Food Bank tomorrow.
