A man has been arrested for a deadly weekend stabbing in McAllen. Police were called to a home in the 15-hundred block of Redwood Avenue around 10:30 on Saturday night.
Officers entered the home and took 37-year-old Esai Longoria into custody. They then found 58-year-old Anna Marie Hidaglo dead inside the residence. Longoria is facing charges of murder, resisting arrest, assault on a peace officer and injury to the elderly.
