One of Texas’ most wanted criminals is in custody after his arrest in San Antonio earlier this month. Known gang member Andrew Lopez had been hiding out since February after reportedly failing to register as a sex offender.
Lopez had been sentenced to ten years in prison for aggravated sexual abuse of a child. Bexar County deputies and U.S. Marshals arrested him at a San Antonio apartment on May 6th.
