At least one person is recovering after a weekend fire at a Weslaco nursing home. First responders were called to Valley Grande Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation on Saturday afternoon.
Patients and staff were evacuated, and crews entered the building and quickly knocked down the fire. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
