Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is suing an adult swimming organization for allowing transgender athletes to participate in a recent event.

The suit filed Thursday Paxton claims US Masters Swimming violated the state’s Deceptive Trade Practices Act by allowing two biological men to compete in women’s events during a San Antonio competition in April.

One of the two trans competitors won first place in five different women’s races during the event. The lawsuit seeks up to ten thousand dollars for each trade practice act violation.
