The two candidates for Texas’ U.S. Senate seat are trying to drum up votes in North Texas. Republican Ken Paxton and Democrat James Talarico were both in Fort Worth on Tuesday to campaign ahead of the November election.

Talarico has reportedly raised more money than any Texas candidate in the general election in the past ten years. More than half of his donations are from out of state, while nearly three-quarters of Paxton’s come from Texans.

Paxton held a news conference on Tuesday morning, while Talarico toured local child care centers.
