By Police have identified a body found in Brownsville last week. Officers were called to the 21-hundred block of Central Boulevard last Tuesday after a pedestrian discovered a decomposing body.
An autopsy identified the man as 54-year-old Felipe Ramirez. No sign of trauma was discovered, and a toxicology report is still pending.
