The National Weather Service says there is a risk of isolated flooding in South Texas Friday. Forecasters say the area has a marginal risk of excessive rainfall due to strong or slow-moving thunderstorms.

The rainfall could lead to flash flooding in some areas. Areas with poor drainage or rapid runoff are the most likely to flood during tomorrow’s weather.
