The top two conferences in college football are joining forces to keep NFL players from returning to school to play football.

Conference leaders from the Big 10 voted on Tuesday to block anyone who didn’t withdraw from the draft, or who appeared on a roster or signed a pro contract from playing college ball.

The SEC passed a similar measure hours later. The news comes after a Louisiana judge allowed players in NFL training camps to re-join LSU.
