By SpaceX says it’s building a 100-billion-dollar launch facility on the coast of Louisiana. The company made the announcement Tuesday, ending months of speculation.
Construction on Starbase Louisiana is expected to begin next year, with the first launch possibly by 2029. Governor Jeff Landry says it will be an economic boost for the state. The project is expected to create about ten-thousand jobs.
