A man has been arrested after a deadly fight in Starr County. The county sheriff’s office announced the arrest of 43-year-old Teodulo Villalobos Garcia over the weekend.
Investigators say Garcia was involved in a fight with 35-year-old Jesus Eden Cobos early Saturday morning in Roma. Cobos was unconscious when deputies arrived and was pronounced dead at the hospital. The case is still being investigated.
