A woman has been arrested after a deadly crash in Alamo. Police were called to the 900 block of Sioux Road early Wednesday after a man was found lying in the road. Elian Ramses Ramirez died before he could be taken to the hospital.
Officers arrested 26-year-old Paola Reyes after finding her nearby with damage to the front of her vehicle. Reyes is currently charged with intoxication manslaughter.
