Several locations in Texas will benefit when Apple invests 600 billion dollars in the US. President Donald Trump announced the investment on Wednesday at the White House, joined by Apple CEO Tim Cook.

The investment will happen over the next four years, and is 100-billion more than what Apple originally pledged. Parts of the investment will go to an Applied Materials site in Austin, a new Texas Instruments facility in Sherman, and a Samsung fab in Austin.
