A bicycle rider has died after a March hit-and-run crash in Edinburg. Investigators say the crash happened in the 700 block of East Chapin Road on March 20th. Eric Lee Flores was severely injured in the crash, and authorities say he died on Sunday.
Police have upgraded charges against 71-year-old Alfredo Yanez to collision causing serious bodily injury or death and manslaughter. His bond has been set at 400-thousand dollars.
