A suspect is facing multiple charges following a deadly weekend crash in Brownsville. Twenty-year-old Cynthia Dominique Gonzalez has been charged with multiple felonies, including causing a collision involving death.
Gonzalez was arrested after a Sunday pursuit by Border Patrol agents led to a rollover crash in the four-thousand block of FM-511. One person died at the scene and four others were injured. Gonzalez’s bond was set at 170-thousand dollars.
