The South Texas school district has a new superintendent. The district’s Board of Trustees voted to hire Sandra Garza-Ochoa as superintendent at the end of last month.
She started her career as a teacher in the Donna school district, and most recently served as superintendent for the Edcouch-Elsa school district. She’ll start her new job on June 1st.
