A woman has been detained after the death of an infant in Raymondville. Police officers were called to a residence on South King Street around 2:45 Thursday afternoon.
Investigators say the eight-month-old child died under suspicious circumstances and that several people were being questioned. An autopsy has been ordered to determine the child’s cause of death.
