A San Antonio man is in custody and accused of threatening to kill Erika Kirk, who is scheduled to appear at a downtown event next week.
Police arrested Jacob Wenske early Thursday on charges of making a terroristic threat. Investigators say Wenske posted a threat on social media last month to bomb the venue where Kirk will appear at a Turning Point USA event.
Erika Kirk became CEO of the conservative nonprofit after her husband, Charlie Kirk, was assassinated last year at a Turning Point event in Utah.
