A Donna man is pleading guilty to assaulting a federal immigration agent. Forty-seven-year-old Reynaldo Cisneros entered his guilty plea yesterday in U.S. District Court in McAllen.

Investigators say Cisneros hit an ICE agent in the head with a Yeti coffee cup during an immigration raid last December. He could face up to eight years in prison when he is sentenced in October.
