A San Antonio man faces capital murder charges after the fatal shootings of two brothers on the far West Side on Tuesday evening.

Bexar County deputies responded around 7:30 p.m. to the shooting at a home on Acadian Drive. They say an 11-year-old boy and his 20-year-old brother were backing the family car into the driveway when Daniel Perez crossed the street from his home and shot them both.

Perez reportedly ran from the scene and called 9-1-1 to say what had happened. Deputies arrested him nearby.
