By A Tarrant County man is off to prison for ten years for falsely presenting himself as a lawyer to jail inmates.
The Tarrant County D-A’s Office says Ramond Davis Jr. pleaded guilty to impersonating a lawyer. Davis offered legal services to inmates at the Tarrant County Jail. He also met with the families of inmates, charging three thousand dollars per case.
Davis was sentenced to ten years in prison on Wednesday. It’s not known how many inmates Davis offered fake legal services to, or how much money he took from their families.
