A South Texas man will spend nearly 10 years in prison for receiving and distributing child pornography.
A federal judge sentenced 29-year-old Jesus David Gutierrez of Penitas to 110 months behind bars yesterday. Gutierrez was arrested last year after investigators found child sexual abuse material on his devices.
Prosecutors said Gutierrez was associated with nearly 56-thousand files containing illegal images. He pleaded guilty to the charges against him last October.
