(Undated) — Tropical Storm Edouard is expected to bring more rain than wind to southeast Texas Wednesday. The storm made landfall on Tuesday in Cameron Parish, Louisiana.
Edouard is expected to weaken as it moves inland, tracking away from the Houston area. As of late Tuesday night, the storm’s maximum sustained winds were 35 mph.
Entergy reports more than 74 thousand customers lost power, mostly in Beaumont and Lumberton.
