Another Rio Grande Valley city is issuing a warning after an alligator sighting. Officials in Mission announced yesterday that an alligator was spotted at Seven Oaks Resort.

The Mission Animal Shelter later reported that the alligator was located in a pond in the two-thousand block of Casino Drive. The city is currently working to safely relocate the alligator.

The city of La Joya announced an alligator sighting in the area of Palm Shores and The Coves over the weekend.
