DPS Searching For Driver After Deadly Hit-And-Run Near Elsa

The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating a deadly hit-and-run crash near Elsa.

The crash happened around 5 a.m. yesterday on FM-88 south of Mile 20. Fifty-five-year-old motorcycle rider Elias Cruz of Edinburg was killed in the crash. Investigators are looking for a gray Dodge Durango involved in the crash.
