By A San Antonio ethics review board panel continues to look into a complaint against a local councilman. District Two Councilman Jalen McKee-Rodriguez is being looked at over a Facebook post on his personal account that included the personal email address of a constituent.
The panel has asked for an additional written response from McKee-Rodriguez over the matter before they make any ruling. The person whose email ended up on the councilman’s Facebook page filed the complaint, saying such a breach violates the city’s ethics code for Council members.
The complaint does say that the constituent had posted a comment on social media that used a racial slur against McKee-Rodriguez before the councilman’s post featured her email and a picture of her.
